The high-speed aerosol automatic filling production line is a
complex system composed of multiple machines and pumps.
It mainly includes two main machines, namely the double rotary
table twelve head liquid filling machine and the ten head gas
filling machine. In addition, complemented by other machines, such
as the valve inserting machine, water bath machine, weighing
machine, actuator placing machine, outer cap pressing machine,
booster pump and conveyor belt, form a complete production line.
The entire production line is highly automated and has high
production efficiency and performance.

wear-resistance. The conveyor belt is driven by explosion-proof

air. For greater production speed and easy mold changes, the line
has a one click drop function.
